We do not believe in meal replacements, shakes, very low calories diets or anything that promises the earth but compromises your health, slows your metabolism, fails in the long term and damages your confidence and self esteem. When we deliver our programmes, we will provide you with the tools, knowledge and motivation to lead a healthy and vibrant life, and inspire your families to do the same.

Some of our clients want to focus purely on weight loss and be coached, while others would like, or need, to improve their health and wellbeing combined with losing weight. Our flagship weight loss & life coaching programme follows the zest4life motivational coaching success formula and includes life coaching topics, nutrition and glycemic loading diet basics, personal goal setting and group coaching (individual coaching if you choose a one to one programme).
