Once we have explored how our partnership will work and what you wish to achieve from the programme, we can agree on the duration and delivery of the coaching programme.

Lifestyle Health Coaching is available as a 6 week, 12, week or 24 week programme and includes:
- One hour coaching session every 2 weeks (in person, by phone, Skype or video conference)
- Invitations to group seminars or webinars covering a variety of health-related topics
- Unlimited E-mail support between sessions
- Hand outs and supporting materials
- Book or CD recommendations

- Monthly Newsletter
